How Credits Work
GeoFlux uses a simple credit-based system — one number controls everything.
1 Credit
= 1 Prompt tracked for 1 Month
Each tracked prompt costs 1 credit per month. That credit covers tracking across all active AI engines — currently ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
Assigning a Persona to a prompt also costs 1 credit per month — since each [Prompt + Persona] is tracked as an independent combination.
Adding new AI engines won't affect your price — new engines are opt-in. Your credit cost only changes if you choose to enable tracking on a new AI platform. We'll always notify you before any opt-in impacts billing.

Prorata Billing for Annual Plans
On a yearly plan, any mid-year purchase — whether it's extra credits, a new persona, a plan upgrade, or enabling a new AI engine — is charged only for the remaining months, not the full year. At renewal, the new configuration becomes your full-year price.
Example: You're on the Growth plan ($1,990/yr, billed in January). In May, you add a 50-credit pack ($66/pack). Since May is month 5, you have 8 months remaining — so you're charged $44 (8/12 × $66) instead of the full $66. From January onwards, your annual renewal reflects the upgraded configuration.

Our Refund Policy — Not Quite Industry Standard
Most SaaS companies don't refund annual plans at all. We think that's wrong — so we do it differently.
If you cancel an annual plan, we'll refund 50% of your remaining time. For example, cancel halfway through the year and you get back 25% of what you paid (50% × 6 remaining months). We want you to be happy with GEOflux — and if you decide to leave, we'd rather part ways fairly than hold your money hostage. Monthly plans are non-refundable after the billing date.

All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. Your first payment is made on day 15 — only if you choose to continue. Cancel anytime before that with no charges.
We currently monitor brand visibility on ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Perplexity. Claude, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews and Grok are on the roadmap and coming soon — and they'll be opt-in, with no change to your existing pricing.
1 credit = 1 prompt tracked for 1 month. Assigning a Persona to a prompt also costs 1 credit per month, since each [Prompt + Persona] combination is tracked independently. See the 'How Credits Work' section above for a full breakdown.
Yes, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
Yes! Annual billing gives you 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and get 12. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
If you purchase additional credits mid-year on an annual plan, you only pay for the remaining months — not a full year. At renewal, your subscription resets to the new full-year price.
Yes — all plans include unlimited user seats at no extra cost. Colleagues can be added as Editors or Admins. Clients can be given read-only access, so they can view their data without being able to change settings or configurations. No per-seat pricing, ever.
For annual plans, refunds are available for 50% of the remaining time in your billing cycle. Monthly plans are not refundable after the billing date.
